Eligibility for Cancellation:

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
- Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order:

To cancel, simply email us at help@jewelsgalaxy.com with your order number and cancellation reason. If eligible, our team will confirm your cancellation promptly.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days after confirmation.
- For COD orders, no refund is applicable, but cancellation is possible if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
- No cancellation charges will be applied if canceled within the eligible window.

Important Notes:

- Orders placed during special sales, festive offers, or promotional deals are not eligible for cancellation.
- Jewels Galaxy reserves the right to decline cancellation requests in case of repeated misuse or policy abuse.
